Well this is a new technique that i get from a little tutorial called soft cellshading. My first try isn't perfect but i really like it how it came out ^_^. Mixing it with some other techs i already know. Hope you enjoy this picture!

I thinkt hte the coloring is wonderful on this peice, there is something that strikes me as being a little off about the eyes though. Everything seems to have a lot of depth to it but the eyes and the eye lashes just seem to be flat, I hope that makes sense.
